Bouquet For Anger
Please take your anger
and just walk away:
your righteousness is not a cure,
and injustice still prevails.
Please don’t diminish me,
in your rage:
you have no idea
who I am.
Please take your outrage
to someone
who cares less about the cause
you proclaim to espouse.
Please know you are right,
from your point of view,
and all others are wrong;
your chorus is off-key.
Please set aside your tantrum
and instruct, not berate,
people want to understand,
not through demonization.
Please take a breath or two:
breathe, and release:
we are not your enemies,
but travellers on tomorrow’s march.

The Ancient Hippie
Welcome, and Namaste
Greetings fellow travellers,
For you American friends visiting, you will notice that this old Canadian uses Canadian English in this blog: kindly bear with me. As I blog primarily on subjects that are vitally interesting to me, I appreciate all feedback.
As I tend to be a bit of a language usage freak, I will, as required, edit obscenity and rude comments. That said, I welcome your opinions and discussion.
May your Dharma be clear
Peace
"If we shadows have offended,
Think but this, and all is mended:
That you have but slumb'red here,
While these visions did appear."
